Introduction to Bhagavad Gita

In a series of early morning conversations, a time when the mind is clear and the working day has yet to begin, we are offering an introduction to the Bhagavad Gita – how to live a life of purpose, action and happiness.

The Bhagavad Gita is one of the great spiritual books of the world. It is a universal philosophy that recognises the negative and positive tendencies that lie within each of us. It offers a science to refine one’s emotions to enable one to think and act, and to move beyond all limitations.

The classes are open to everyone and are supported through donations. As we work through the Gita, each class is self-contained, so please be confident to attend - you will be very welcome!

In the morning I bathe my intellect in the stupendous and cosmogonal philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita in comparison with which our modern world and its literature seem puny and trivial.
